This Privacy Policy explains how TechnoArts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Fisku (the "Service"). Fisku is offered exclusively to businesses operating within Pakistan.

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide when signing up.
• Business data — sales, inventory, customer, purchasing, and financial records you enter or generate while using the Service.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used, collected to improve reliability and performance.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• process transactions and, where enabled, submit registered invoices to FBR on your behalf;
• communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests;
• detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse;
• improve and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal data or your business data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit, with access scoped by role so that only authorized users within your business can see it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

4. Third-party services

We share information with a limited number of third parties strictly as needed to operate the Service:

• our cloud database and authentication provider, which hosts your account and business data;
• Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), for businesses that submit registered digital invoices;
• payment processors, to handle subscription billing;
• email delivery providers, to send receipts, invoices, and account notifications you request.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If your account is closed, we retain data only as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@technoartsco.com. Business records required for tax or legal compliance may be retained even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
